Return /Exchange policy :  

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if you receive a wig that does not match the description of your order. You have a grace period of 3-5 business days to initiate the return process. A return label will be provided and sent to you via email or you can use the return label that is placed in your package.

Additional Return / Exchange policy :

We donot offer Refunds, All sales are final once your order has been processed.
Ready to Wear wigs are non-refundable , Exchangeable or returnable as they are custom made units specified for each customer .
