Shipping and Processing Policy

All wigs are shipped within 5 business days this time frame is required for the processing of each wig as we would like each customer wig to be shipped out in a timely manner.  Rest assured, we will ship your wig within the selected time frame you have chosen once your payment had been completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note , business days are Monday - Friday as we donot ship on Saturday and Sunday .

We do not count those days as working days .


 
USPS, FEDEX AND UPS is used  for shipping services , you will receive your tracking number once your wig is being prepared for shipment , you will receive a notification once your wig is shipped off . Thank you for your patience and understanding.

EXPRESS SHIPPING : 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS

STANDARD SHIPPING : 3 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS + Required Processing time

PATIENCE SHIPPING : 10 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS + Required Processing time

FREE SHIPPING : 10- 20 BUSINESS DAYS + Required Processing time
